Terms of Service

🏢 1. About the Service

DXBPROP is a Dubai property intelligence platform that provides access to Dubai Land Department (DLD) property ownership records. The service is available via:

• The DXBPROP Chrome browser extension
• The DXBPROP REST API at api.dxbprop.ae
• Company team accounts for brokerage firms and agencies

The service is operated by DXBPROP and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

✅ 2. Eligibility

To use DXBPROP you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Telegram account for authentication
• Use the service for lawful professional real estate purposes only
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited

📖 3. Acceptable Use

You may use DXBPROP only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, intimidate, or contact property owners in violation of UAE law
• Resell, redistribute, or re-export property data obtained via DXBPROP without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-export the underlying database
• Share your account credentials or API key with third parties
• Use automated scripts or bots to exceed your plan's usage limits
• Use the service for any purpose that violates UAE data protection or anti-spam laws

💳 4. Subscriptions & Payments

DXBPROP offers paid subscription plans for individual users, teams, and API access.

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions are prepaid — you pay upfront for the chosen term
• There is no automatic recurring billing — you must manually renew
• Payments are processed securely by Ziina (UAE-licensed payment gateway)
• A payment receipt is sent after each successful transaction

↩️ 5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital data services, all sales are generally final. However:

• If you are unable to access the service due to a technical fault on our side, you may request a prorated refund for unused days
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring
• Refunds are not issued for change of mind, unused credits, or partial use of a subscription
• Free trial credits cannot be exchanged for cash

📊 6. Usage Limits

All plans are subject to daily and/or monthly lookup limits as described on our pricing page. When a limit is reached:

• Lookups are temporarily blocked until the daily limit resets at midnight UTC
• If the monthly limit is reached, the account is suspended until the next billing cycle or an upgrade is purchased
• Limits are not rolled over — unused lookups expire at the end of each period

📜 7. Data & Accuracy

DXBPROP sources property data from the Dubai Land Department public registry. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that data is current, complete, or error-free
• Data reflects the DLD database at the time of the last sync — it may not be real-time
• DXBPROP is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated data
• Users should independently verify critical information before acting on it

🔒 8. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your session and API key secure
• Do not share your API key — it is personal and grants full access to your quota
• If you suspect unauthorised access, log out immediately from the extension and contact us
• Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity for your security

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DXBPROP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
• Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from service downtime or data inaccuracy
• Actions taken by third parties using data obtained from DXBPROP

The total liability of DXBPROP in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

🛑 10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by logging out and contacting us to delete your data.

Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

🔄 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
