DXBPROP ("we", "us", "our") provides a Dubai property intelligence platform accessible via a Chrome browser extension and web API at api.dxbprop.ae. The service allows users to look up Dubai Land Department (DLD) property ownership records using permit numbers.
📋 Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
- Telegram ID — provided by you during login, used solely for OTP authentication. We do not access your Telegram messages or profile.
- Session token — a randomly generated token stored locally in your browser (Chrome extension storage or localStorage). Used to authenticate API requests.
- Browser fingerprint — a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser. Used to bind your session to your device for security.
- Lookup history (server-side) — permit numbers you search are logged for usage tracking (daily/monthly limits) and fraud prevention. These logs are not shared.
- Google Sheets OAuth token — if you connect Google Sheets, we receive a temporary access token. We use it only to write lookup results to your chosen spreadsheet.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Ziina (a third-party UAE payment provider). We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
🔍 Property Data
DXBPROP displays property ownership records sourced from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) public registry. This data is provided for professional real estate use only.
- Property data is not stored by DXBPROP beyond the immediate lookup response
- Users are responsible for how they use or store any data returned by the service
- Use of owner contact information must comply with applicable UAE data protection laws
🔧 How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you via Telegram OTP login
- To track your usage against your plan's daily and monthly limits
- To write results to your Google Sheet (if you have enabled this feature)
- To process payments via Ziina and send receipts
- To send account-related Telegram notifications (credit alerts, renewal reminders)
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access
🚫 What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers
- We do not track your browsing history on external websites
- We do not read or store the content of your Telegram messages
- We do not use cookies for tracking — the extension uses Chrome local storage only
🌐 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Telegram — used for OTP delivery. Telegram Privacy Policy
- Ziina — payment processing. Subject to Ziina's privacy policy.
- Google Sheets API — optional integration. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
🔒 Data Security
Session tokens are randomly generated 32-byte strings. All communication between the extension and our server is encrypted via HTTPS. Sensitive data is never stored in plaintext.
Session tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can log out at any time from the extension popup, which immediately invalidates your session on the server.
🗑️ Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request we will delete:
- Your Telegram ID and user record
- Your session tokens and login history
- Your lookup logs and usage records
Note: Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UAE financial regulations.
